C/G Electrodes LLC Receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification

2006 C/G Electrodes LLC, the only US owned and operated manufacture of large diameter UHP graphite electrodes used in the electric arc furnace (EAF) steel making process, is proud to announce it has received ISO 90001:2000 certification from NSF-ISR, a registered ISO certification body. ISO 9001 certification verifies that C/G Electrode’s quality management system meets the ISO 9001:2000 standard, emphasizing a commitment to customer satisfaction and to the measurement and continual improvement of business processes and quality systems. “For C/G this is not only a big step forward with regards to the standardization and improved effectiveness of various internal procedures, but is also a greater guarantee for our customer that C/G will continue to provide consistently the world’s finest graphite electrodes,” says Manny Gerarge Associate Engineer & ISO Coordinator.
